Once we receive your CV, it would go through a round of short listing by the appropriate hiring manager/s, followed by an initial telephone interview. Candidates who pass their telephone interview successfully are then scheduled for a first interview, where we determine in further detail regarding your qualifications, experience and suitability for the job role. Successful interviewees will then be scheduled for a final interview, where you will show off your relevant skills in actual simulations, role-play and short assignments. If you can show that you will be an asset to the team and help the company achieve its purpose and adhere to its core values, then we will welcome you with open arms and begin further on-the-job training and career development for you to move up the ladder as fast as your capabilities and ambition will take you.
