Workday’s Acquisition of Paradox

Workday recently finalized the acquisition of Paradox, an AI conversational platform, to enhance its end-to-end talent acquisition suite. Paradox’s AI assistant, Olivia, manages high-volume hiring for frontline roles, handling tasks from candidate engagement to onboarding. The integration is expected to streamline workflows and boost recruiting efficiency – a practical example of HR automation strategies in Asia.

Oracle and the Gemini Models

Oracle announced the deployment of Google’s Gemini models across Oracle Cloud Applications, including Cloud HCM. This integration helps HR and finance teams with multi-step reasoning, code generation, and analytics. Google’s Regional Initiatives
